Let Speakers View Full Attendance Roster

Speakers can export a list of all attendees in their sessions. This list includes everyone registered, depending on the privacy setting chosen by the event admin.

To allow speakers to see private attendees, turn on the toggle at Settings → General.

If the toggle is off, attendees with private profiles remain hidden from speakers. If the toggle is on, speakers will see the full roster, including private attendees — and these names will also appear in the export.
