Video Stream/ Zoom Button
Use Sched to provide easy access to your live presentations or recorded content from any video/webinar platform (such as Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, ON24, etc.).
VIDEO STREAM
When accessing content from any other platform via Sched, such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, GoToMeeting, ON24, etc., a yellow “Video Stream” button will display within each session listing.
The event organizer has the capability to hide the session links until 10 minutes before your session is due to begin.
1. Go to the event page
2. Go to "My Schedule"
3. Choose the session you are about to attend.
4. Look for the "Open Zoom" or the "Video Stream" Button.
Note: If you do not see a video/meeting link after clicking the session, please contact the event organizer or support@sched.com so that they can direct you to email or contact the event organizers. I you need help finding how to contact the event organizer, you can learn more here:
