Manage Your Subscription

 

Billing Information

Keep your billing information up to date.

  1. Go to https://sched.com/login and log in to your account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile and click Billing details.
  3. Click the Payment Method.
  4. Enter your card or direct debit details and click Add.

Your new payment method should then appear in your account.

Renew Early

You can renew your subscription before the end of your billing cycle. To renew early, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager or contact success@sched.com

Cancel

Cancel your subscription at any time.

  1.  Go to https://sched.com/login and log in to your account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile and click Billing details.
  3. In the section showing your current subscription plan, click the right-arrow icon.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.
  5. Select your reason for cancellation and click Confirm cancellation.
