This guide explains how to manage your Sched Profile and Sched Account
Profile Privacy and Email Settings
Choose your profile privacy and email settings.
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture.
- Click on Settings
- You can toggle on and off the Profile privacy & email options
- Click Save
Sched Profile
Create and edit your profile.
Profile Info
- Go to your event and log in
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click Edit Profile.
- Edit your Name and email
- Add in your Company and position
- Add a Video stream (eg. link to a Zoom Meeting, or similar)
- Add to your Website
- Add a bio to Tell us about yourself
- Click Save Settings.
Contact Info
Provide links to your social media accounts.
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on edit profile.
- Add the full links to your Social media profiles (eg. https://www.linkedin.com/in/yourname/)
- Click Save
Connect Facebook and SocMed Accounts
Connecting your Facebook and social media accounts to Sched to update your profile info.
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Edit Profile
- Scroll down to Social Accounts/Networks and connect with your Facebook or Instagram Account.
- Click Save Settings
Photo
Add or change your profile photo.
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Edit Profile
- Scroll down to Profile photo
- Upload a new Photo or delete the existing one
- Click Save
Manage Sched Account
Change Username and Password
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Edit Profile
- Scroll down to ‘Personal Details‘ and click on Update username or password
- Update your Username or click Change password to enter your new password
- Click Save Settings
Remove Yourself From An Event
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Settings or Edit profile.
- Scroll to the end of the page
- Click Remove yourself from this event
Request Your Data
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Settings or Edit profile.
- Scroll to the end of the page
- Click Request your data
- Follow the Instructions outlined
Delete Your Account
- Go to your event and log in (if required)
- Click on your Profile picture
- Click on Settings or Edit profile.
- Scroll to the end of the page
- Click Delete your account
- Click Email me link to delete my account
- Once you receive the email, click Yes, I want to permanently delete my account
- It may take a few seconds to delete. When it’s deleted, you’ll see the confirmation page that says Account Deleted
