Let Speakers Email Attendees

Let speakers draft emails to attendees in their session. Admins must approve drafts before they're sent. Attendees’ emails are always kept private. You can also edit or reject the drafts.

This is great for last-minute reminders or links to presentation files. Speakers can write drafts to attendees before or after your event.

Enabling Speaker Drafts

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the "Speaker Tools" section, toggle on "Speakers can email attendees in their session."
  3. Click "Save."

Approve, Edit, or Reject Speaker Drafts

When a draft is waiting for approval, you'll see a notification at the top of your control panel and you'll also receive a daily email alert. The email alert is sent to the contact email set for your message replies.
