Enable Self Check-In

When enabled, attendees will not be able to see the video stream of their session until they have checked in.  Self Check-In button will be available ten minutes before a session begins until ten minutes after it has ended.  Earlier than ten minutes before the session begins, attendees will be instructed to wait for the check-in period.

Enable Self Check-In

1. Click on  Settings from your  Control Panel.

2. In your settings, scroll down to the ‘ Attendance’ section.

3. Select ‘ Allow attendee Self Check-In’.

4. Select  Save at the bottom of the page. 

Export Attendance Report

When you are ready to review your session's attendance report:

1. Go to your event's  Control Panel.

2. Click on the  Schedule section then click on " Export" button. 

Notes:

  • Once a session is over, the check-in button will disappear from the session page, and attendees will no longer be able to check in.
  • This feature is available on our Plus and Premium Plans. If you would like to upgrade your plan this can be done via your event Control Panel (under Settings > Billing) or you can Contact Our Sales Team.
